New research report now live!

Last week we released our 2017 L&D research paper Learning Technologies: What Managers Really Think at an exclusive launch event in central London. Over 80 learning leaders and practitioners joined the GoodPractice team to hear our MD Owen Ferguson share the findings and debate what they mean for our profession. You can download your copy here.

About the report

In the field of L&D there are some well-established narratives and perceptions around learning technologies. What is less clear are the perceptions of the people who decide how employees will spend their time – managers. What do they really think about learning tech, how do they react to it and make use of it themselves? How managers feel about learning tech will undoubtedly have a powerful impact on its use. In Learning Technologies: What Managers Really Think we delve into this tricky issue and discover some interesting (not to mention surprising) results.
