Economic worries "very significant" for 7/10 #LT13UK visitors

70% of visitors at today’s Learning Technologies exhibition at Olympia 2 fear that the economy will have a ‘significant’ or "very significant" impact on the learning services that they are able to deliver into their organisations, says Good Practice’s Learning Trends Live survey this afternoon.

The respondents, comprised entirely from attendees at Learning Technologies, were asked “What impact do you think the economy will have on the learning services you’re able to deliver into your organisation six months from now?”

This was their response:

Very significant – 26.7%
Significant impact – 33.3%
Some impact – 26.7%
Low impact – 8.9%
No impact - 4.4%

The response from today's visitors was generally in line with that of the 300+ participants who have completed GoodPractice’s Learning Trends Index Survey 6 in recent weeks. 39.29% of learning leaders and managers taking part in the soon to be released study decided that the economy was likely to have a significant impact on the learning services they were expected to produce.

We’ll be continuing to bring you the latest from our surveys throughout the exhibition, so for more of this up to the minute news, visit us at stand 88 today.
