We’ll be exploring alternative takes on the festival’s leading topics, and giving you – the audience – the opportunity to discuss and debate these with your colleagues and peers.

Phil takes an evidence-based approach in his work (partly fueled by his MSc in Emotion, Credibility and Deception) and is known to be at the leading edge of innovative and contemporary virtual and physical learning and facilitation techniques. Phil also contributes to the conversation and research on emotion in the workplace as a host of the Emotion at Work podcast.
