Mind Tools announced as official sponsor for International Leadership Week 2022

International Leadership Week takes place during 7th -11th November 2022 and brings together leaders, high profile speakers and organizations from across the world to share insights and stories related to global leadership issues. This year The Institute of Leadership & Management have launched three key themes to the programme: social mobility, wellbeing, and future readiness.

Mind Tools will be hosting an exclusive session for the Institute’s members aligned to the ‘Future readiness’ theme. Drawing on insights from Mind Tools’ 2022 Learner Intelligence and Annual L&D Benchmarking Reports, leaders will be able to gain a better understanding of the relationship between employees and leadership in terms of learning and development and the impact this has had on key outcomes such as willingness to reflect, application of learning, and experimenting with new ways of learning.
