Excellence in the design of learning content – Commercial Sector (UK) - In partnership with Burberry
Mind Tools are proud to be shortlisted for the ‘Excellence in the design of learning content – Commercial Sector (UK)’ award for their partnership with Burberry. The award recognizes ‘excellent content that enables learning in the commercial sector and looks at contribution made to individual learning and performance and the impact on organizational performance’.
The Learning Experience team at Mind Tools worked with Burberry to help them achieve their goal of ‘wanting every colleague to feel that they can bring their best selves to work – fostered by a true sense of belonging’. Through creating a series of 10-minute digital ‘Episodes’ they challenged colleagues to reflect on their bias and demonstrate allyship.
“It's an honour to be shortlisted in this category with our development partner Mind Tools for Business. At Burberry, we believe that education is crucial to building the understanding that leads to long-lasting change. By giving all colleagues access to the same learning experience, we created a collective understanding of DE&I, acknowledged local differences, and have made a real impact across our business. Mind Tools have been key to the success of this project.”
Chalene Hanson, Senior Manager, Colleague Experience, Burberry
