Join us at Learning Technologies 2022

Learning Technologies is back. We’re going to be a part of it – and we can’t wait.

Finally, the time has come for the L&D community to come together once more at Europe’s leading workplace learning event. Taking place at ExCel London on 4th and 5th May 2022, it’s a huge moment for our industry. In the two years since we last met, the very concept of learning at work has changed – perhaps forever.

Over the course of the two days, we’ll be connecting with representatives from right across L&D, and we can’t wait to hear how you’ve been navigating this unusual period. It’s going to be a busy one: #LT22UK is anticipated to be the biggest event in Learning Technologies’ 23-year history. We’ll be there. To help you manage your time, we’ve set up calendar events so you can slot Mind Tools for Business sessions straight into your diary.

Here’s how to get involved:

1. Visit us at stand H50

Make a beeline for us when you arrive! Look out for the Mind Tools for Business logo – we’ve been beavering away to make sure our stand is looking top-notch for the big day. There will be reps from numerous teams on the stand to chat to, and you can share ideas with them around performance support and leadership.

2. Live session: Early insight into Mind Tools for Business’ Annual L&D Benchmark Report

What are top-performing organisations doing differently and how can leaders create real, long-lasting change across their organisations?

Join Mind Tools for Business’ Chief Impact Officer Nahdia Khan and Head of Research Gent Ahmetaj to explore the latest L&D trends highlighted in Mind Tools’ Annual L&D Benchmark Report, which draws on over 18 years of longitudinal research within the learning community.

3. Live session: Empowering employees at the RSPCA to thrive using in-the-moment learning

More and more organisations are offering on-demand performance tools and resources that empower people to perform, manage and lead, and the RSPCA is no different. Join Colin Beaton, Senior Client Partner, to discover how Mind Tools’ in-the-moment performance tools and resources have impacted RSPCA employees.

4. Book a meeting

See the toolkit for yourself. Arrange a time that works for you to connect one-on-one with one of our team and better understand how the Mind Tools toolkit can work best for your organisation.

5. Celebrate 25 years of Mind Tools

For 25 years we’ve been bringing resources to people the world over to help them have meaningful careers, maintain a healthy work-life balance, grow key skills, and perform at their best. We’ll be marking this milestone and saying “cheers” to the next 25 with fizz and cake on stand H50 at 4 pm on Tuesday 4th May
