Our new brand brings together three learning organizations – GoodPractice, Towards Maturity and Mind Tools.

As one global company, we can empower people to bring about real change for real impact.

Brand new – with bags of experience

Between us, we have around 60 years’ experience creating learning solutions that really work. And our team of experts has helped hundreds of organizations develop their people through learning.
By joining forces, we can go even further. And unlock the potential of millions of learners around the world. We can also tap into the resources of our parent company – Emerald Group, which specializes in making academic research practical and ready to use in the workplace.

What is real change for real impact, anyway?

It’s not just a slogan. It’s the digital resources that help you hit your objectives. It’s the facts, figures and data that help you build a business case to develop your L&D. It’s the learning cultures that improve the way your people perform. And the research papers that get our community to chew over new ideas – and do things better.

How do we do it?

Now for the nitty gritty. We make learning experiences that engage, inspire and really stick. Our award-winning solutions are:

  • Mind Tools – thousands of online, on-demand resources. They’re designed, created and curated to improve the performance of your people
  • E-learning – off-the-shelf or custom-made. You choose! Our media-rich and interactive e-learning is proven to work
  • Learning Health Check – a free, independent and confidential benchmark tool. Compare your learning strategy with the best. And get practical tips to improve day-to-day performance.

Our clients

You’d make us blush if you asked us to list all our clients. But some of the global brands we’re proud to work with include: Virgin Money, Standard Life Aberdeen, Citi, Rolls-Royce, Edrington and AstraZeneca.

As Sean Brown, Colleague Digital Experience Manager at Virgin Money, says, “This is great news! I can only see the positives of what this combined expertise will bring to us. Having a brilliant learning experience for our colleagues is paramount to our learning strategy. And I look forward to us shaping a prosperous future together.”

Going forward, our clients – old and new – remain our number one priority. As Peter Casebow, CEO of Emerald Works, says, “As we launch Emerald Works and look to enhance our solutions, one important thing will remain unchanged. Our customers will continue to receive the same excellent solutions and high levels of service they have come to expect from us.”
