On completing your review, the Learning Performance Benchmark gives you instant access to your personalized dashboard, which offers in-depth analysis of your results. Throughout your results, we offer quick, impactful takeaways, as well as key behaviours to be proud of. You can see not only what you're doing well, but where to improve, too. 

While we have received a huge amount of positive feedback regarding the Learning Performance Benchmark, we are always looking for ways we can improve. The product team at Mind Tools for Business works tirelessly to ensure that our products are delivering the best experience for our users. That means continually testing our Benchmark, making tweaks, and listening to customer feedback.  

We are therefore pleased to announce a new feature for 2022 – based on numerous requests – users can now download their Benchmark results into a handy PDF. 

Before now, our results were only available to view on each user’s personalized dashboard. This new feature will allow users to share results with colleagues and stakeholders, helping to show value and build a business case — based on evidence — for L&D resources and support.
