“As the world of work continues to change, we want to make sure we continue to support employees with the everyday challenges they face in the workplace. The launch of our new Expert Voices podcast will allow us to share the great collection of expert interviews we’ve built over the years and help people better develop their personal wellbeing and career skills. Our mission is always to deliver the very best personal and professional development resources, and this podcast will be no different.”

The first episode looks at remuneration. When is it acceptable to ask for more pay? How do you do it? And, if you're the boss, what do you do when your people come to you asking for a raise? Listen here.
The Expert Voices podcast is the second podcast to be launched by Mind Tools. ‘The Mind Tools L&D Podcast’ which launched more than five years ago remains as a must-listen for anyone working in HR and L&D.
