Unlocking potential in Australasia
In our first regional benchmark study, we consider the aspirations of learning leaders in Australia and New Zealand and the extent to which they are being met.
Australasian businesses are seeking to adapt their current model for learning. With organizational culture, leadership and employee engagement being three main challenges in HR in Australasia, this report will focus on the changing L&D culture and why there is a need for progression.
The priority for L&D leaders, therefore, is to increase efficiency as well as seeking to modernize the learning process; improving performance, business and individual agility. This report will focus on this change, the need for it, and how this can be implemented.
In this report, we seek to:
-
Provide evidence on how to improve learning by changing the culture of learning in an organization
-
Create an understanding of where gaps exist; focusing on re-modeling the current HR system
-
Demonstrate the opportunity of technology; how this can be used to improve learning and modernize the model
