Compliance training has become one of the most important parts of learning and development, with more time spent on this training than on other elements of learning.
To increase workplace innovation, and technology-driven compliance training, this report aims to build an understanding of what is needed to create confidence in people and risk managers. This should create a balance between what is needed from the practitioner and from the learners.
