Reinvigorating compliance training

Compliance training is often viewed by organizations as an area where technology is of great importance. Our research shows that higher performing organizations are more than twice as likely to advance their learning culture than the average organization. Through this report a comparison is struck between the two, allowing us to provide steps and measures for organizations to follow to ensure effective online compliance.  

The aim of this report is to draw the topic of compliance learning to the surface, highlighting what learning leaders can do to enhance the experience for their learners.  

In this report, we seek to: 

• Use data and comparisons to draw examples and generate change 

• Create a guide for organizations to adhere to, allowing for growth and progression 

• Understand where there are gaps in organizations learning landscapes and how to address these for positive change
