CIPD’s new profession map is outlined within the report, providing insight into how L&D can evolve and continuously improve their model for L&D, to achieve constant positive change and cohesion for learners. 

Within this report, areas for development are addressed for a positive evolution of L&D; catering to the individuals and learners.
