With the use of online learning resources rising, this report investigates the benefits this has on the workplace e-learning landscape.

Using interviews, case studies and an online research study, this information allows for a deeper insight into the benefits of online experiential learning, using data and statistics gathered from learners in public and private organizations, with 12 sectors represented.  

In this report, we seek to:  

  • Inform organizations with detailed analysis of online experential learning 

  • Understand how to further enrich this tool, working towards future progression  

  • Detail how e-learning can be catered to the individual
