The aim of this longitudinal report is to allow businesses and organizations to see the ways in which they can expand and enhance their learning experience and outcomes for future success. By providing collective insights, this report addresses how to improve business impact, staff impact and efficiency.

Through using examples from high performing learning organizations, a method was developed, detailed within this report.  

In this report, we seek to: 

  • Provide organizations with what they need to deliver positive change for their learners 

  • Compare and research the learning behaviors of high performing learning organizations and identify why they are successful 

  • Using data and relevant information from learners to indicate where changes are needed
