Learner Voice Part 1

Understanding learners needs and addressing how best to meet them.

Learner Voice Part 1

This report draws on the experiences of 2,000 learners and their experiences of L&D throughout the private sector. We explore the views of these learners and discuss the effectiveness of learning models; through interviews we were able to understand what learners need and how they learn.

The report details the differing experiences of learning within the private sector and identifies successful learning strategies.

In this report, we seek to:

  • Underline the key needs of the learners

  • Challenge assumptions of workplace learning

  • Generate new opportunities for workplace learning growth
