In this report, the relationship between Learning and Development in organizations and data is explored. The way that data is analyzed can be beneficial in order to understand what works and what doesn’t, creating an ever-advancing model for successful L&D.
We examine the way that data can be used to enhance learning and the importance of using this data effectively. We aim to address the benefits of using data to create a learning experience that benefits everyone; learners, managers, practitioners.
