A guide to help L&D professionals build and create habits in their organization, to shape behavior change and create real business impact.
Through adapting workplace habits, Learning and Development practitioners are presented with the capability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness within their organization. This report provides data from over 700 L&D practitioners and 10,000 learners and brings to the surface two key attributes recommended for adapting workplace habits.
Re-shaping the way that knowledge is not only taught; but delivered and interspersed into the current learning model is important and beneficial to ensure a positive workplace environment with regards to L&D.
