Using data insights, the learning experience can be enhanced and constantly adapt to changes to ensure a positive, successful strategy is in place. 

Performance and productivity are two key words for any manager or L&D practitioner. This report aims to underline the ways to ensure that a successful plan for learning and evolution in L&D is in place; with strategies to follow so the needs of the learners are met.
