Bridging the divide

To what extent are L&D getting closer to their learners’ needs or falling short of meeting the expectations of the modern learning workforce?

Bridging the divide

Within the ever-advancing world of technology, Learning and Development must adapt and grow, taking positive action, to meet the needs of the learners. A ‘learner-centric’ approach is necessary to ensure that people are receiving customized material to achieve their full potential.

In order to avoid becoming ‘out of touch’ with learners, this report will delve into a systematic approach, providing data and insights into percentages of learners needs to ensure continuous improvement.

In this report, we seek to:

  • Provide examples and data; demonstrating how to enhance current learning models to bridge this divide

  • Ensure that learners expectations are addressed; using data and evidence to enable practitioners to enhance their current L&D system

  • Address different learners needs, across differing age ranges and management roles; creating a robust, cohesive learning experience for organizations
