The relationship between alignment and engagement will be explored and discussed. This report will underline any changes since the 2014 report and discuss different aspect of Learning and Developments alignment with business values.

Top learning companies do not just exhibit the characteristics discussed in this paper; they are also proactive in engaging and communicating with both staff and managers throughout the learning journey.

In this report, we seek to:

  • Understand how to ensure learners are understanding the relationship between L&D and successful working
  • Demonstrate business values and how can L&D help
  • Use strategic objectives to determine what the learning priorities are for different organization
