Your six-week onboarding journey is designed to make your toolkit setup as seamless as possible. Worried about technical implementation? Don't be. Our IT team will work with yours. Here's the journey timetable.

Week 1

Week 1

During the kick-off call, we'll chat about customization and branding options so we can start creating your toolkit. In the background, our IT will work with yours to set up Single Sign On (SSO).

 
Week 2

Week 2

We unveil the first draft of your toolkit and listen to your feedback. It's also time to discuss playlists and your "All About" page so we can add content unique to your toolkit.

 
Week 3

Week 3

Your updated toolkit is ready to preview, including playlists and your "All About" section. We'll make additional improvements with your feedback.

 
Week 4

Week 4

Your toolkit is ready to access! You'll receive log-in credentials and we'll walk you through the admin tools you'll be using most – the Engagement Hub, Reporting Hub and playlist builder.

 
Week 5

Week 5

Your success is our success. We’ll work together on an engagement plan that will get your learners excited and encourage usage throughout the coming months. 

 
Week 6

Week 6

Prepare for launch! We check in for a final toolkit review and to schedule welcome webinars for your learners.
